"While the app was easy to used, I am definitely not pleased with the results I got and will be deleting app. My fax was not received even though the app and email said it was confirmed received. Called the recipient shortly after confirmation and again the next day as they stood by their fax machine confirming their machine is working with other's faxes. And yes the correct number was entered, permissions granted, fax previewed, good internet,up-to-date application etc."
